At Integrated Tactical Medical Group (ITMG), our roots run deep and wide in the world of tactical medicine and rescue. Our business was built from the ground up on the vision and experience of seasoned Law Enforcement professionals, advanced care providers from the ER and Trauma Centers, Tactical Medics, and Military Medics/Corpsmen seeking to fill the equipment gaps commonly encountered in the field of operation. Our focus has been to train and equip line-level law enforcement personnel with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide effective care in high impact environments when traditional EMS resources are unavailable, delayed, or overwhelmed. Since then, we have continued to broaden our vision to include School Staff, Community, and Faith-Based responders, and Corporate Readiness teams. The world is getting more violent every day, public safety resources are being overburdened, and each one of us has the capacity to help. In these all-too-common real-life scenarios, everyone is a first responder. We believe that each of us can make a difference in the lives of others when seconds count.

Through facilitated discussions, case-study reviews and practical scenarios our comprehensive approach prepare our first responders to effectively respond when traditional EMS is unavailable, delayed, or overwhelmed
